I have known Shawna for several years, and was already aware of her talent
as an empathic. During that time, Shawna searched for an outlet for her
healing talents. Eventually, she came to discover Theta work.

I have long been an advocate of alternative healing methods; Methods which
treat the entire person, and not just the symptoms of illness. The Theta
techniques practiced by Ms. O'Meara and her colleagues are exactly that type
of healing. Theta healing works on body, mind, and spirit.

I have had three sessions with Shawna. Our first session occurred when
Shawna began her Theta work about 2 years ago. On our first session, we
discovered that many of my physical symptoms were connected to unresolved
childhood issues. These physical symptoms began to subside once I was able
to release the anger and resentment I had held onto for so many years. The
session was a powerful, emotionally draining one, but one which led to the
beginning of healing.

By our second session, Shawna had progressed in her education to an
intermediate level. In this session, we were able to release even more of my
built up resentments, and I was able to see results in actual physical form.
These built up resentments were manifesting themselves as a rash on my back.
A rash that had been resistant to antibiotics and over-the-counter
preparations for several months. The rash disappeared within 24 hours and
has not bothered me since!

Session three recently took place by telephone, a couple of days ago after
Shawna's return from her Intuitive Anatomy training. I was suffering from inflammation
and soreness in my neck, body aches, congestion, headache, and problems with
my breathing. I put in a call to Shawna. After giving me a download from
Source, Shawna recommended increasing Vitamin C, eating more protein, and
and a hot bath. She advised me to call her by that evening if I wasn't
feeling better. After taking her advice with diet and a hot bath, I curled
up in my favorite chair and fell asleep. Two hours later, the range of
motion in my neck was greatly improved, my congestion was gone and I was
breathing easy. No need to call her later, I was already feeling better. But
I couldn't wait to call her and tell her how much better I felt.

That Shawna is such a gifted healer comes as no surprise to me. What
amazes me are the dramatic results that can be accomplished so quickly,
involving my entire being. The sessions are relaxing and soothing. The
results are immediate and lasting. No pills, no painful therapy. What you
get is Shawna's gifted connection with Source energy, and the gentle, loving
healing that she and Source can offer you.
